My experience with this agency started on Nov 19th. I walked into the office and filled out the paper work. A recruiter by the name of Ozy Garcia told me I was perfect for a job and to email him my resume and I would hear back from him by next week. I gave him ten (10) days, understanding that it was Thanksgiving weekend. On November 29th I called for an update but was told Ozy is busy and would call me back in an hour. Two days later on December 2nd I called again, not wanting the job opportunity to be gone and to my surprise I got an answering machine that said to call back during normal business hours, it was 12pm. I figured they went to lunch. So I called again at 2pm and my call went straight to voice mail. Not like before when it rang multiple times. I left my message asking for Ozy Garcia to return my call. Today is December 6 and I'm yet to hear from Ozy or anyone at all. In conclusion, I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel I was given the run around and I don't understand why. I know they can do better because the day I was there they were getting jobs for other clients that were turning down the offer for work. However, they can't seem to find employment for a person with my experience and willingness to work.
