My husband and I recently purchased a home with Fallivene Agency and would highly recommend John to anyone looking for an honest, kind, patient and knowledgeable realtor. A true gentleman. Those characteristics were important to my husband and I in a business where dishonesty and pressure can sometimes dominate. John was exactly what we needed. He took the time to understand our budget and find homes that suited our needs (a bit of a challenge) while making the entire experience enjoyable. He reads his clients well, as the home we ended up purchasing he found for us. We had seen it on-line and dismissed it quickly, not thinking it an option for our family. John however saw the potential for us and lined it up while out looking at other homes. When we walked in the house, we knew John was right. He saw the potential we hadn't and we could not be happier with our purchase! We've been in our new home a few months now and it's a perfect fit. Thank you John!
