Rates kept going up for no reason. No tickets or claims. They were charging me $828 for 3 vehicles or $607 for two. I called to cancel and they did not even try to keep me as a customer. Switched to liberty Mutual with the same coverage and saved nearly $3,000 a year! My rates went down nearly $300! Stay away

I went to cancel my homeowners insurance policy today, and the moment I told the person to cancel it she became very rude. I’ve had other problems months ago with them being rude to me. Back in November I was looking for a new car and wanted to see if I could get a quote on a vehicle I found. When I told them I didn’t have a vin number, I was told I would not be able to get one. I’ve had quote done before from other insurance places without a vin number, and they just made me feel stupid about it. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I don’t know about the other farmers bureau location, but I would for sure stay clear of this one.

FINALLY! I got a new Insurance Policy for my car that is (at the moment) very affordable and meets all my needs. Professional and friendly. They expedited my policy and explained everything and offered other services "when I'm ready "... It was an hour of my time well spent!!
