By any means this review does not reflect the current operator..I had asked Ralph to cancel a policy for a policy for my business. It was not canceled in a timely fashion now 2 years later I'm forced to pay $133.00 to a collection agency and risk my perfect credit..I have since left farmers insurance and pay half of what I used to..in summary very disappointed
