I had been with this agency for many years but with the purchase of a new vehicle my rates were doubled. Having a month and a half paid left on my policy I informed Angela I was switching to another company. When my policy ended I was sent an email stating I needed to come by and sign papers in person or I would continue to be charged. I did not take off work to "sign" and they charged me $80 which I refused to pay so they turned it over to a collection agency. This is a cheap way to treat a long time client
