James is very dedicated to his profession and his clients ,he has always been there to answer my concerns. James meets and exceeds my needs. His agency periodically checking to see if my coverage still meet my needs or if I have to make changes to my coverage.His staff presents themselves in a very professional manner, even whem I don't understand something simple, but am having a hard time understanding.I am been a client with his agency for about 15 years, and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
