I had a very friendly agent who loved to help whenever necessary. I can recall when we a fire in our shed which also hit the house. We left a voicemail that same night and first thing in the morning, the agent called us at the hotel with a very concerned tone and wanted to know what had happened. We got together with the agent and put us up in a hotel for a few days and then, he let us rent a house for about 6 months, which was paid by Farmers'. itself. When we returned home. The home had been upgraded beyond our expectations. We are still living here and still enjoy it immensely. Farmers' as a company has been absolutely sympathetic to our dilemma and most helpful. They were prompt in sending us and the contractor the checks so we could get back home as quickly as possible. God bless the company and the agent in question.Joseph Thibodeau.
