They are such a great group. I hate insurance! Who doesn't? It's like gambling, but not nearly as fun. But they make it so easy to just send my hard earned money out into the almighty collection plate. And, when I've needed my coverage, they were so amazing. I never have a worry about anything. They take care of me completely. From towing to a timely outcome they are there to honor you. Happy customer... for sure. Can I have a discount now??

I would give this place zero stars but its not an option. If you are looking for valuable insurance RUN AS FAST YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. Incompetent individuals running the office miss allocated payment made to policies and left me with a mess to clean up. If you do business with them, I sure hope your lawyer is good because you will need one. You will see them on the prime time NEWS SOON! I promise you that!

The Mike Fink Agency is so awesome! Mike goes over your policy very well and makes sure you understand your coverages. Pennie is also great in the office. She is quick to answer any question you may have. They have always been so friendly to me. I am happy to be apart of this agency!
