In 2016 I was in an auto accident. At that time Mike Mahone has been my Farmers agent for 26 years. I attempted to contact him. His office secretaries gave me excuse after excuse about why I couldn’t reach him. His secretaries refused to answer my insurance questions. 6 hours later he returned my calls. Which created a serious negative out come for me.After 26 years at Farmers, the only auto insurance company , renters insurance company and agent I ever had, I have cancelled my policy, found better as well as cheaper coverage with geico.
