BUYER BEWARE!Terrible insurance agent. VERY shady. There were two years in a row that I went to renew my tag and my VIN numbers were entirely wrong for both vehicles and each time they would fix the (error), my rates would go up. Also, I have been with this company for fives years and they just recently decided they would change the year of my roof on my homeowners insurance back to the year the house was built, 1969 and raise my rates. When we called to question this, they first said they couldn't take our call for several days and then made an appt. We never received the call and then they claimed they had an incorrect number, when we called again. When we questioned them about changing the date of our roof after using their service for fives years they stated if wanted to keep our rates, they would have to raise our deductible from 1500 to 2500. These are the most unethical insurance practices. I wouldn't recommend this agency for anything!
