Insurance agent, Lucy Solis has been so helpful in choosing the right policy for me. She has excellent customer service skills and was not hesitant to answer any questions that I had. I’ve been searching for new car insurance options for my sister who has a bit of a history (car crash, speeding ticket, etc.) Unlike the other places I’ve called and visited Lucy was the first to put me at ease and thoroughly explain Scott Johnson Farmers would be a great option for my sister. She took the time and care to answer all our questions free of judgement. If all employees are as well versed as Lucy I plan on recommending to everyone I know! Thank you so much.

They have a coworker by the name of Lucy Solis who has been very helpful in making my switch to car insurance an easy transition. Over the phone she made sure I understood my policy & Always asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I do appreciate having an insurance company that has workers as supportive as Lucy. I highly recommend switching over to farmers insurance!
