I started using Farotech in 2013 to help with a website for my new business. My business is in a very competitive area. It is also highly regulated in what can and can't be said on websites. This created some challenges for us that other businesses typically don't have. Early on, Farotech was genuinely upset that we were not doing as well as they wanted us to. Entirely on their own, they called me to apologize and to discuss various alternative strategies to improve our results. The initiative and integrity they showed impressed me greatly. They also suggested letting them do a complete redesign of my website. At first I was skeptical, but it turned out that they were absolutely right, both in terms of looks and results. I love the website they built. Since then, we have had much better results. Several people have told me that they found my business through Internet searches and were impressed by the website. In addition, every Farotech employee who I have worked with over the last 4 years has been very friendly and responsive -- and patient with my lack of Internet knowledge. I like them as people, and truly enjoy speaking with them during our regular weekly phone calls. There is a saying that actions speak louder than words: after being a customer of Farotech for 4 years, in 2017 I hired them to build a separate new website for me. I did not even bother to look around for other companies to do it.
