I am a 22 year US Navy veteran. I have been with Fidelity Bank for seven years. This is the best bank that I have ever been with. We are spoiled at that this bank. The customer service is great. Everyone in the bank knows my name, they speak to me when I come in and if I don’t have a withdrawal or deposit slip they enthusiastically fill one out for me. Come on over and give Fidelity Bank Lexington NC a try... you’ll love it!

The Lexington branch was a wonderful experience in banking.Susan Story was so helpful in handling of my sisters accounts when l had to probate her estate. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.l would highly recommend this banking institution.

A much more personal and friendly experience than I've gotten anywhere else! Plus, Fidelity was the only bank I could find in the area that didn't take TARP bailout money. If that doesn't speak volumes to their stability and character, I don't know what does. They're for communities and small businesses, not just the bottom line.
