I have been in Optometric practice going on 45 years and can't speak higly enough of both the family owned Finn Agency as well as Doug Finn in particular. I asked Doug to review my personal, home, auto, life, and all office policies. He was very knowlegeable, professional, and puntual. We spoke, he asked questions. and then made suggestions when he saw I did have the best policies for my situation. Within a week he came back in with a proposal. He offered better and more complete coverage at a lower cost on every policy. The customer service did not stop once the policies were written. I am required to recredential every year and hate doing it as it always takes me 4-6 hours. I called Doug and told him what insurance info I had to provide. Within 30 minutes I received a PDF file written with the credentialing agency's name on the deck sheet. I uploaded it to their website and instantly got back confirmation I had been recredentialed. Total time spent 5 minutes. I now no longer worry about my insurance as I know I am being well cared for. You would be wise to call Doug and have him review your policies and help you with all insurance needs!Dr Paul C Uslan
