Pricing is good and service is always incredibly quick and accurate. I have spoken with Mr. Dan Backhaut over the years who has been very kind and helpful where I sent him a personally signed photograph made out to him by a woman who appeared on the cover of a magazine who also appears on the cover of my packaging in addtion to a thank you card I purchased at the airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, thanking him. I recently sent Mr. Backhaut a John Varvatos tie with the one hundred and forty five dollar tag still attached where I received a sudden email from him asking why it was sent as it was returned after he chased down the postman in the parking lot where he gave my gift back asking him to return it to sender. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts the tie I purchased as a gift for Mr. Backhaut was never located and returned to me.
