Jim and his entire staff over exceeded any expectations I had when ordering legacy award plaques for my company's 20 year grand opening event for our new headquarters in South Austin. We did a rush order of 24 legacy plaques and Jim and his team were able to get me EXACTLY what I needed, right on time, and the laser engraved plaques with real wood turned out beautifully with our custom logo engraved on each one.
