It is important that you understand that FSB does expect its customers to comply with the agreements they signed, be responsible for their transactions and engage in appropriate behavior. FSB always does its best to comply with the law, and believe it has done so. If you were not a party to the transaction, or a conversation, you may not know all the facts, which might affect your perspective.Amy, you are right, I could never be the banker my Dad was; he was phenomenal. However, I can assure that he would have expected his customers to do what they agreed to do, and would also have appropriately exercised FSB's rights under the agreement(s).I am available to discuss all of your concerns.
