As part of a tour group, and travelling alone, my reservation was for a room with two separate beds. But the room I got had the single beds arranged as a marital bed. When separating the beds, the placement of the closet and couch ended up positioning the wall-mounted bed-side lamps right over the mattress. And to add insult to injury, the floor under the beds was very dirty.This is unacceptable!!As other reviewers have noted, the furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear. i.e. the upholstery of the loung chairs in the dinning room is worn and flaking of down to the substrate, giving an unappetizing impression.
