They posted events on our Facebook page for the different sales we had coming up, but it was just a copy and paste add from a different Ace Hardware's page. Furthermore, they did not change the name of the original Ace's post so that it would reflect our store, which in turn was advertising their store on our page. We decided it was not worth paying this company to manage our advertising if we had to pay an employee anyways to double check and edit this companies work. Even then, it would be just as easy to pay an employee to share a different Facebook post but change the address and name to reflect our own location. When I called to discontinue our account, they were very polite, but they said it will take 30 days to discontinue our account so we will see another bill coming our way. So even after we wish to discontinue our account we are still getting charged for further services we do not want.
