Great group of people to work with. We had a very large build and Shawn and his team were wonderful to work with. We had to stretch the build out a few times due to our own delays and every time we reached out to get started again, the Forge and Smith team were on it immediately as if there were waiting on us alone. After having a number of starts with freelancers, I can't say enough about the level of professionalism these folks brought to our website. I will continue to use them for all of our updates and would highly recommend them. We have had a ton of compliments on our site's look and ease of use - something we struggled with when we tried to do this with Freelancers and in-house. It was time to completely overhaul our existing web site. I requested a quote from five separate vendors. F&S were not the cheapest but had the most thorough and well laid out quote and plan of action. From the time of commitment we had a pretty tight timeline to complete the project. F&S did everything they could to get the job done in time. Ultimately we did not meet our initial deadline this was no fault of F&S. They were prompt answered questions in a timely fashion and have the process well laid out. The reason for not meeting our deadline was more to do with our team not getting the information to F&S. If I'd give any advice to potential clients it would be to make sure you set reasonable timelines. A lot of work takes place! I would recommend Shawn & the team at F&S. Keep up the great effort F&S!
