Overall, we did not have a very successful experience working with Fort West. Management lacked communication. We were consistently disappointed by the creative executions developed by Fort West. The work was not firmly rooted in the logic of our companies research findings and strategy did not fit our organizational goals. Unfortunately, this is not what working with true professionals should feel like.

Very unorganized management team. There is a huge lack of training, lack of movement. The local smaller office has very little room to grow and the experience level is fairly junior. Overall, not a great experience or solid process in place for a growing digital agency.
