Overall Feedback:

VERY disappointed with Freda experience!! First we arrived 20 mins prior to check-in and were told we had to wait until the exact check-in time even though the rental was empty. Not sure what the reason for that was. Second, the unit was dirty. Finally when we went to ask for our security deposit back, we were told that what was clearly listed on our lease as “Security Deposit” is actually a non-refundable fee that you pay to cover rental insurance. Seems rather devious to me to label something as a deposit when you don’t get it back. This should have been explained at the time the lease was signed. We have used other Sea Isle realtors in the past, and never experienced such issues. I advise you use someone other than Freda if you don’t want to have a negative rental experience.
