This will be the best customer service experience you will ever have with any cell phone carrier. Their service is swift, their solutions are always intelligent and they will go the extra mile to make you leave this store feeling like family.I switched my mother and sister over from Tmobile to Verizon because I know that if they ever have any issues, that this location will have not only the expertise necessary to fix any problem but also the resources to effectively implement their various solutions..Purchased my Samsung Galaxy S8+ with plenty of accessories at this location and definitely plan to come here for my next upgrade.

I went in to ask a question regarding my phone...my phone was purchase at another Verizon store in revere..actually it was a replacement phone, my other phone crashed an I loss a lot of info...upon going in a real nice girl Jackie ask if she could help...the fellow that was on too had Abe Lincoln beard...when he asked where the phone was from he says it figures...an made a few remarks regarding the other store..he was very arrogant, and not very,business like..Jackie helped me and I left...I thought VERIZON IS VERIZON BUT ITS NOT they are individuals owned,,others may be Corp. stores..he just struck me the wrong way...will not go in there again...very poor management...

I can’t recommend this place enough. Make sure to ask for Jeff. He made the process of switching so easy and seamless. No sales pitch hustle just nuts and bolts . As a life long salesman i can appreciate the way Jeff handles his clients as it reminds me of the way i sell business. I would encourage anyone looking to do business with Verizon to stop in Freedom Communications in Revere (next to Suffolk Downs) and see either Jeff, Cesar, or Steven.
