I went in to ask a question regarding my phone...my phone was purchase at another Verizon store in revere..actually it was a replacement phone, my other phone crashed an I loss a lot of info...upon going in a real nice girl Jackie ask if she could help...the fellow that was on too had Abe Lincoln beard...when he asked where the phone was from he says it figures...an made a few remarks regarding the other store..he was very arrogant, and not very,business like..Jackie helped me and I left...I thought VERIZON IS VERIZON BUT ITS NOT they are individuals owned,,others may be Corp. stores..he just struck me the wrong way...will not go in there again...very poor management...
