Feedback:
I wish I had hired a brick wall to design my website instead of this outfit. At least then I could spray paint some sort of message on the brick wall. That would be more effective than what Fringe provided, which at the end of the day was absolutely nothing for a cost of $5000.I went with Fringe because they had the highest estimate for my one-page website, and because Mathew Janik was a better salesman than the competitors. If I had been shopping for a used car, I would have recognized his spiel right away, but I didn’t expect to be bamboozled in my hunt for a website.It turned into an uphill battle almost immediately. There was zero collaboration. I provided extremely clear instruction at each step, but continually got approximately half of what I wanted with zero explanation about why the other half was not implemented. You never get to the finish line if you just cover 50% of the remaining ground at each step.The icing on the cake: My final emails were simply not acknowledged, including the one requesting admin credentials that would allow another firm to finish the work.To be clear, this review is for negative one star. Fringe deserves negative five stars, but I don't want to positively affect this firms rating.
