I would do less then one star if I could WiFi has been down for days with no explanation I call the store and it rings forever then you can’t levae a message it’s ridiculous and dumb if we are going to pay for WiFi I’d like to be able to use it

Website is a joke! You can't "live-chat" nor can you use the "call-me-back" feature. I'm only using Frontier because it's literally the only provider in the back woods where our cabin is at :( After waiting on eternal hold, the reps are friendly and helpful but it's painful to get there!

If I could leave 0 I would, this is the only internet option leaving In the mountains. I have been waiting to get my internet for over a month. Each time they are scheduled to come out no one shows up and this is now the third time. There would probably be more no shows but I can Not get ahold of anyone in their office to speak to. When I have been able to the customer service is horrible, they are not willing to help at all. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and scattered and rude as this one. They obviously don’t care looking at all the other reviews I don’t see one good review. They just lost a customer.

The internet was never consistent. Customer service not great either. Dont forget, you have to PAY THEM to disconnect service. Which was the most ridiculous thing I've heard of.

Very slow constantly buffering, to many people in the area and the company has not upgrading to deal with all customers,, been having problems for a year Now !??

Horrible customer service (with my local tech being the exception). Very slow and inconsistent internet. I've had issues since day one had it for just over a year and had to call in 1-2 times a month to "fix" the problems. Finally found a better service so I cancelled. When I did even though there was no contract and I was told no cancellation fees (the only call that magically wasn't on file even though I had the date and exact time I called). They charged me for a whole extra month and a $10 broadband disconnect fee! $50 in all for services I'm not using.

This rating is based on my nearly 10 years experience with Frontier. I pay a hefty fee for this service and it is exceptionally unreliable...about the only thing you can count on is that it won't work when you need it to. The speed is fine, it's the sudden outages or interruptions that somehow cause disconnections over and over again. Would take a small amount of upgrading on the part of the company to fix the issue.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and absolutely no idea what they are doing. They tell you one thing and then do another. If you want a major headache and waste of your time, go here!
