Overall Feedback:

I had previously had home and auto with them but switched my auto to a different carrier because the premium difference was over 35% higher. Dean had saved me from a cancellation of my home insurance that was improper and believed that nobody else would have told me that the cancellation was improper except himself! Since he doesn't get the auto coverage, he doesn't want any other business. Nothing like biting your nose to spite your face. PS. I just found out my home was woefully underinsured. Hmmm. Isn't that what a good insurance agent is supposed to check? Keep looking
