We contacted the owner Mike back in 2008 while interviewing many companies looking for new IT support. Mike explained everything they had to offer and I honestly believed it was too good to be true but I decided to give them a shot! We were $$ paying $$ 3 times the amount Mike quoted so I had very little to lose!!!! They quickly proved themselves to be the best team I had ever worked with and have only continued to grow and do more for our company than I ever thought was possible!Fuse3 consistently continues to surpass my expectations with their level of knowledge, responsiveness and an overall passion everyone seems to have for technology! Now that Fuse3 monitors the overall health of our networks 24/7 we are working smoothly & remain HAPPY!! Fuse3 was also by our side while we struggled with OFFICE XP many years ago. Without pressure James at FUSE3 helped us understand how to work smarter and although it seemed like the cost spent on updated technology was going to hurt we were actually dealing with more cost and pain hanging in there with the old technology! He couldn't have been more correct & I am so pleased James cared about us by taking his time to make sure that all parties within our company could understand what was needed to move on to more productive days!!!!! Looking at our cost analysis today I can't believe how much money we've actually saved!!!! Thank you Mike, James & the team at Fuse3! The DeWald's
