We cannot say just how much we appreciate Wen Gartman and his team. We have never had to file a home owner's claim in our combined 20 years of home ownership, until recently when we had a raw sewage disaster in our basement. Despite it being over the weekend, we called Gartman Insurance to find Wen's personal cell phone given on the recording. We reluctantly called, he answered, and continued to answer outside of normal business hours. Not only was Wen accessible, but he was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned throughout this whole process. After all was said and done with the restoration, Wen still followed up with us to make sure all was okay. We are with Erie Insurance, via Gartman Insurance, and are recommending them both to all our family and friends. Who would've thought we'd be treated like long time friends by an insurance company and provider? Thank you Wen Gartman and Jessie Brumfield (Erie adjuster) from the bottom of our hearts for making roses out of our stinky situation.
