The staff here is remarkably thoughtful and attentive. Gary even came to my house when I was bedridden to go over my homeowners policy options, and if you must go to the Agency it is well worth the trip. Many spots have got the wi-fi but Gary's super cozy "Good Neighbor Lounge" sets the standard in customer waiting areas. I suppose the only problem I see is Marissa and Natahan are so efficient there's little excuse to linger there.
