The workings of government were complicated enough without adding this huge collection agency to the rat maze. They have even been granted the authority by at least county government to schedule courtroom appearances. Are you kidding me a collection agency that dictates to our state DMV as to our driving “privileges” Is it just me or are things getting out of hand here. If I wasn’t a dangerous felon I think I would be working on a good defensive weapons portfolio P.S. when I asked the woman working at DMV about GC Services, she said she had no idea who or what GC Services was
