Guy sounds rude and very nonchalant about pricing. I called the phone number listed and I heard someone say their name was "Jake" or "Jay". His phone kept breaking up a lot. Anyway I told him I was buying a house in a certain area for a certain price........and right away he says "OH ITS GONNA BE $600 AND THAT HOUSE IS GONNA HAVE A LOT OF ISSUES AND PROBLEMS!".......Wow! Really? So this guy must be soooooo GOOD that he can already tell the house will have problems just because it's in a certain "area".......without even knowing the address or looking at it. Very interesting. So ask yourself people. Is this the kind of person you want inspecting your home? That he bases good service and advice on "your properties area"? I'm questioning the authenticity of these other "good reviews" as well.
