He will go over ever inch of the house and explain to you what you need to know about every defect or component. He is very communicative and takes your business seriously. His reports are detailed yet easy to understand and he turns them around in a matter of hours. Most importantly - when Jay doesn't know the answer to a question, he doesn't bluff you. He will find out what he needs to know and ensure that you have the right answer. This is a rare quality in any industry, let alone real estate.
