Overall Feedback:
Disappointed.Applied to what appeared to be a decent Marketing Job, with decent pay. However, the SECOND I hit apply I received a text message saying "Looks like we're a great fit. Come in for an interview"... RED FLAGS go up immediately.After doing a couple minutes of research and looking around their website, it looks like this is mainly a door to door sales job, without a good salary but big on commission. Glassdoor seems to have it correct - this place should just be open about the job instead of leading on actual marketing people with deceptively worded positions. Honesty is the best way to go for you as a company and for the people who may be wasting their time actually going in for an interview expecting a real job.
