Not happy wiu them st all!! Husband had everything he owned, 3 homes and 2 vehicles, insured through them... called Kristen to let her know he passed and wanted to have everything switched over. Not only was she not very helpful, but she didn’t even attempt to keep the business. Policies weren’t even written correctly so thank god nothing happened.
