Poor customer service from a worker there. Always felt rushed and heard them talking poorly of other customers while I was waiting to be addressed. Recently the insurance company spiked their rates and I wasn’t informed nor told why the rates spiked. So I had to call the direct insurance company just to get a decent answer.
