It is made very apparent that all that this agent cares about is commission and making the sale. I went through Gus for renters insurance and he was incredibly rude and belittling to me via email, trying to get me to bundle my car insurance with him. He uses "old school" sales tactics to try and scare you into buying his services, and it's very clear that he isn't there for you but to make commission off you. He even went as far as telling me and I quote "Progressive doesn't have agents though so good luck when you have a serious claim". This is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a professional agent who I'll treat you with respect
