I use Harms Insurance Group for my business insurance. When we had a major catastrophe in our town, that effected many businesses, they contacted me the evening of the event to reach out and let me know that they were available for me. So appreciated! It felt like they had my back and were there during such a scary time. The adjusters and Harms were in constant contact and were responsive and timely. I really appreciate their professionalism. I learned from a few other business owners that had different insurance of what a nightmare they were dealing with. It made me so grateful that I had chosen Harms, not only to be my local partner in business, but because they were making my life so much better by taking care of me and my business. I have the highest regard for them! This is why you pay into insurance, to know that when the worst happens, they're going to be there and they will relieve some of the stress instead of adding to it.

Dave was awesome, but once I got my policy I never heard from him again. He forwards everything (without a reply) to his assistant Brenda, who has not been helpful at all. She screwed up my auto-debit bank account change and cost me an NSF fee; I get the run-around when asking questions. I am shopping for alternatives.
