I have worked in 3 call centers. One for 10, One for 8 and Health Grades for only a few months. Health Grades by far is the worst I have ever worked in. IT is a pit. First my supervisor was SARAH. I never saw her unless I asked a question, which she was clearly annoyed by. After asking her a question she actually went back to her desk and was snickering with another supervisor. She flat out ignored another co-workers questions. The way they FIRE people around here is inexcusable. They claim they are 'growing' . Baloney. They fire people on a weekly basis. It reflects badly on the company. There is no leadership at all. I was told before I started there that 5 years ago it was a great company has regressed much in the last few years. YOU are lucky to find people who have been there more than a year. THAT is a huge red flag. This is not a new company. The day I walked in and gave my notice, it was such a relief. Just a very stressful place to work.
