Convenient to local attractions and restaurants. Other than hearing doors slam, it was a very positive experience.

I've stayed here a couple of times before and the staff is always friendly, very helpful, and professional. The room was very clean and just what I needed. I appreciated that they have a room with a handicap bed that doesn't have the high pillow top bed which makes it very hard for a handicapped person to get on.

No complaints. But not cheap for such a rural area. $150 with wedding discount for a Saturday at end of September. And believe it or not, there was no closet or rod for hanging clothes. That's a little weird.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to West Jefferson - and we try to go every year! It's relaxing at the Holiday Inn and the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Nice little hotel with a pretty good view of the opposite mountain. Amazing breakfast selection. I didnt even know automatic pancake makers were a thing until I stayed here. Quick drive to Downtown and local wedding venue. Will return here the next time I'm in west jefferson
