When I think about my past experiences with attorneys I can't say they have been the best. Most attorneys talk at you and not to you. This all changed when I spoke with Jo at Holmes@Law. Jo is fantastic, very professional, friendly, informative, and experienced. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 20 years and I know the difference between good, great, and excellent service. If I could rate "Jo" on a scale from 1-10, she would be an 11. I really appreciate the time she takes to answer your questions in a way that allows you to experience her level of knowledge without giving you the kitchen sink for free. Jo, has demonstrated what is means to serve your clients, she is so attentive, precise, thorough, and remarkably kind. These are not qualities that you have come to expect from an attorney. Holmes@Law has set the bar so high, that in my opinion other attorneys in the same field of practice need to get their pilot license to rise to her level.
