I have had superior service and pleasant experiences with all the employees I've interracted with at Horrace Mann insurance. I haven't had any accidents while with them or needs beyond having coverage, but feel the auto insurance coverage I have is fair and they were honest. When I asked about homeowners insurance, they informed me what I had before switching auto was better than what the could offer me.
