Great overall experience. The location of the hotel is really breathtaking. This is definitely the nicest feature of the hotel. Very very disappointing gym. It should definitely be expanded to reflect the increasing demand for complete fitness facilities. As for the hotel itself, our room was nice, but we found the price was a bit high for what it was (over C$330) especially since it was during weekdays and that the hotel was fairly quiet. I wouldn’t want to see the rates during the peaks. The spa is great, although it costs C$27+ tax extra per person when you stay at the hotel. The no phone policy in the spa is too strict. I believe a policy where phone are allowed would be a win win situation for both the customers and the spa itself since people could promote the spa on the social medias. My phone got confiscated from the moment I entered the spa to make sure I wouldn’t use it..... As for the food, the restaurants are very good. The drinks (Wine & beer) menu is interesting and allows cool local discoveries.
