Overall Feedback:

You are unfair to the some of the people working you punish people who get there work done and the people that don't finish can go home but those who actully WORK stay home on the holidays you should make the people who don't work make them work instead of the people who get there jobs done and for the people who come in on snow days when there like 20 inches on the ground
