I have filed multiple complaints with every agency that will hear me on this company. They routinely violate the ADA and have publicly embarrassed me. They made me walk all the way across town to "get permission" to bring my service dog on the bus after having refused me service twice before. Then they called to tell me me and my dog were not allowed on their bus, hence the requirement to walk there and get permission from Consuelo, who is a rude and disingenuous.

Their busses are the best in the Redwood Empire, except the HTA which takes a while for me to get back to my Hotel in the Evening, everything in Their Public Transit System is alright. I would recommend Eureka Transit and HTA to others!

Purchased a Token Transit monthly pass on my phone but my phone broke only two days later. The lady at the desk was very understanding and got me a new pass printed very quickly and all I had to do was show the bank statement proving I paid for the pass. Friendly, polite, great customer service!

Bus operators frequently are intentionally careless makeing unsafe maneuvers that put both passengers & drivers on the road in danger.
