Overall Feedback:

These people are the worst. If you miss a payment they send a constable but now the tables have turned and they owe me and need to work for me and my son i get nothing no help no compassion. These people ruin lives on a daily basis and it should be looked into. Sorry not sorry. I feel the need to come back and add to this so here goes. My sons mother passed away almost 6 weeks ago ive been trying to get my support reversed since i have custody now. Ive called 4 times being very polite trying to figure out how to do this and how long it would take. Guess what no answers. I also try calling our so called representative they say speak to domestics. I called a 5th time cause 3 pay checks went by and still they are taking my money. I told them its time to figure this out my son needs clothes food etc. I was told to lose my tone. Who do these people think they are take me and my sons money and tell me to lose my tone then proceed to hang up like a 5 year old. Karma will work on all of u someday i just hope im there to see it. Dont worry somehow my son and i will get thru this. Thanks to all the people who really care about a child needs.
