Overall Feedback:

Was downloading some important material on my tablet but needed to leave for abit (was coming back) the librarian refused to let me place back behind the desk so it could finish. She was very rude and disrespectful. other librarians have been very helpful in the past. The librarian in question has yelled at me for watching youtube videos while the person was also watching youtube videos but said nothing.
