As global head of marketing with iGrafx, a subsidiary of Corel Corp at the time, I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Icon Communications. Icon delivered a complete revision of the house style that we were able to apply to all the assets essential to branding, packaging and marketing B2B software products at the time. A coup de gras, Icon enabled us to release iGrafx 2002 in five languages simultaneously in a the stunning new livery, much to the amazement of Corel HQ in Ottawa. Given the choice of working with a large/global design agency or a specialist team such as Icon, Dan gets my vote every time.
