Bob and his staff at Image Signs are great to work with. I walked in with my chicken scratch concept, and the next day I had an email with a mock up of what my sign would look like on our building Insurance King 127 N. Alpine Rd. Rockford, IL 61107 across from Rock River Ford. This was a custom sign with my custom font and it was exactly what I wanted. The project was completed and installed a week before the original quoted completion date. I love the look of the new Insurance King sign Image Signs created, and we have agreed to have Image Signs build our future signs for our expansion into multiple cities.

Image Signs (operating as 'Image IS Signs'?) has no customer service standards. After working with Michael for over 2 months on a sign quote, I was never able to successfully interpret a single, concise quote for a small sign that lights up for my coffee shop. I was threatened with a lawsuit after I decided to choose a professional sign company outside of the Rockford area. I had not made any agreements (either verbal or in writing), but I received several threatening emails from Michael.It's a shame that Image IS Signs lacks the capacity to complete a sign.
