On one of our earlier projects, the color was slightly off on our final piece. Not Image360's fault, our company just preferred a darker shade. Jim and Carrie went above and beyond to rectify the situation and made it a priority to have our piece back to us ASAP with our new color. They did and the final piece looked GREAT!! Thanks guys, would def use again!
